When a parker arrives at the entry and exit station or a pay on foot station, or if equipped, at a panic station and has any question or concern, by pressing the intercom button they are immediately connected to a live person and line of sight is enabled either by a dome camera mounted at the entry/exit terminal or alternate pan zoom tilt camera mounted within the facility. The customer is serviced depending on the need presented. If it is simply a matter of equipment utilization, our agent provides direction to the customer to expedite their entry /exit. If a security concern is raised, the agent immediately assess the required response to secure the safety of the customer and or site, dispatch the relevant authorities and ensure supervisors and site management is advised of actions taken and next steps.

In 2015 Unit Park selected Ecoraster as a permeable paving solution for the Hydro Corridor spanning between Spadina Ave and Bathurst St. at George Brown College Casa Loma campus. This 122,000 square ft installation solved a 30 year issue with the gravel parking facilities along this corridor for all stakeholders. The installation of Ecoraster not only eliminated the dust issues but provided a strong parking and pedestrian surface that also eliminated the introduction of pollutants in the City’s stormwater infrastructure. Requiring the approval of all three levels of government, the installation of Ecoraster is now entering it’s 10thyear of successful operation at George Brown College.

Established in 1994, designed in Germany and manufactured in Germany and Canada, many projects have been successfully completed from the dessert of Death Valley CA to the frozen Tundra of Iceland. It is made from 100% recycled plastic and is designed for heavy-duty applications as it supports 70,000 lbs per square foot.
